I wanted to write you a quick note to thank you for your help.
When I came to see you, I had been too many doctors over several years to seek relief. As you know, I have many painful conditions, including severe migraine headaches, fibromyalgia, degenerative disc disease, and previous neck/back injuries. I have been on many medications in an effort to resolve the pain, keep working and maintain at least a moderate quality of life!
I hadn’t been too successful with any of that, which brought me to you. I must admit that after everything I had been through, I was a bit skeptical. BUT, after my first treatment, I felt significantly better! I could walk without as much pain, and my daily migraines ended within days! I experience them infrequently, and they are much less severe. My outlook is much more hopeful. I continue to improve, and have discontinued two of the medications I was taking.
All of this is especially amazing, because I have only had 4 treatments! You’re great person-thanks so much! I’ll see you soon, and I appreciate everything you have done for me!
