Most of my life, I had a stabbing pain behind my left shoulder blade on and off and had seen a handful of other Chiropractors who I really liked, but the shoulder pain didn’t really ever go away. My left shoulder was also always raised higher than my right and I looked a little lopsided. It was noticeable to other people (friends and family sometimes made comments about it) Since my first appointment with Dr. Ziska, the shoulder pain has been completely gone. It maybe came back once, but that was after missing some appointments and taking to long to come back in to see her. When I go in for an appointment and it’s been a while, I can visually see my shoulder being slightly raised (not as bad as before) and after she adjusts me, my shoulder (and the rest of my body) is totally in line. Can’t recommend Body in Harmony enough (that’s why I’ve sent multiple family members and friends to her)
